Distribution of food baskets

Providing food security for the whole family.

Kav HaChesed regularly distributes rich food baskets, meat products and necessary cleaning products as well as an abundance of excellent quality fruits and vegetables. In preparation for the holidays of Tishrei - Rosh Hashanah, Sukkot, Pesach and Shavuot, there is a distribution of particularly rich baskets.

The cost of a monthly food basket is NIS 360.

Poultry - 4 poultry per family are added to the food baskets of Kav HaChesed in honor of Shabbat, to the delight of the hungry parents and children. The cost of 4 chickens is 100 NIS.

Cleaning and hygiene products - hygiene is maintaining cleanliness from the health and medical aspect. Maintaining hygiene is necessary to prevent many diseases. Maintaining hygiene is critical to the health of the person and the entire public to prevent the spread of diseases. The practice of hygiene touches every area of our lives, starting with personal hygiene, keeping food fresh, cleaning the environment we live in, and ending with hygiene in our living environment. Maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene is one of the well-known problems of families in need, as a result there is a noticeable decrease in the quality of life of the residents of the house and even in their health. To this end, we have decided to include basic cleaning and hygiene products in our aid kit, in order to ensure that an adequate level of hygiene is maintained.

In addition, Kav HaChesed distributes many hundreds of shopping vouchers for the holidays so that those families can buy their own needs for the holidays.
